Tired?: Overcoming Stress, Anxiety, Fear-in Russian

If at this point in the school year you’re tired, stressed, or anxious – welcome to the club. But it doesn’t have to be this way! Asaph, a prominent Levite singer and seer in David’s court, wrote in Psalm 73 how he almost allowed some circumstances in his life to discourage him to the point of giving up. But we read how when he went to the Sanctuary of God, he was able to discern some things, and as such, he adopted a healthier mindset and was able to conclude the Psalm with “my flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever” (Psalm 73:26). This workshop will provide some tips for navigating stress and anxiety, adopting a healthier mindset, and developing balance. We will also explore ways you can impart these coping skills on to your students.
